About the Park
NITRO Motorsports Park is a non-profit, club-operated facility – the largest motorsports park in Northern British Columbia. The park itself was built in 1978, and in June 2020 the Northern Interior Timed Racing Organization (NITRO) club was formed to take stewardship of the strip and rebuild it into the venue it is today.
In January 2026 we joined the NHRA Member Track Network as part of Northwest Division 6 – a milestone for our community and a promise to every racer who rolls through the gates: professional timing, real sanctioning, and a staging lane that runs like clockwork.
